We are a specialty food retail shop that provides healthy food based in Yarmouth, Maine. Our salads, sandwiches, and prepared meals in our grab n go case include Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free & Dairy Free options. These meals are both frozen and refrigerated, ready to reheat and eat.

We partner with local farms to provide the freshest food on our salad bar and in our chef prepared meals. We provide catering - from office lunches to bridal breakfasts, weddings, after the wedding brunch, celebrations of life and everyday birthdays or gatherings. We support women owned Maine businesses and offer tasteful housewares and gifts items.
